Thrive 101 bus tour will visit Rome City
ROME CITY — Thrive Noble County will host a bus tour of five Rome City attractions Friday, June 30.
The stops will include Our Lady Mother of Mercy Center, Sylvan Cellars Event Center, the Noble County Convention & Visitors Bureau, Lavender Lane and the Gene Stratton-Porter State Historic Site, where lunch will be provided.
“This is a fun event that really showcases the attractive parts of the county. Our hope is to get a full busload of people, give them five awesome experiences and get them excited about going again next year,” said Sami Jacobs, marketing coordinator for Thrive.
Sylvan Cellars will provide its “Party Bus” for transportation, and seats are $30 per person. Spots are given on a first-come, first-served basis, and participants can register at freedomacademy.net.
